Atlanta, GA – The United States Esports Federation (USEF.GG) proudly announces that Dr. Clint Kennedy, Managing Director of USEF.GG, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the International Esports Federation (IESF.org). Dr. Kennedy was voted in during the IESF General Meeting in December 2025, marking a historic step for U.S. representation in global esports governance.  

As Managing Director of USEF.GG, Dr. Kennedy oversees national strategy, organizational development, and the cultivation of competitive pathways that connect schools, higher education, and professional esports organizations across the country. His election to the IESF Board extends that mission to the world stage, strengthening the link between esports in the United States and international competition.  

“It’s an honor to represent the United States within IESF and to help shape the global future of esports,” said Dr. Kennedy. “At the local, national, and international levels, we’re building opportunities for players, educators, and communities to connect through competition, learning, and innovation.”  

Dr. Kennedy brings over a decade of leadership experience spanning education, technology, and competitive gaming. He has served as a district-level technology director and is known for implementing innovative digital learning and scholastic esports programs using NASEF’s models for student engagement and digital citizenship.  

USEF.GG President Todd Harris commented, “Clint’s election to the IESF Board is a tremendous achievement for both him and the Federation. His presence ensures that U.S. perspectives in scholastic and amateur esports are part of the global conversation.” 

The International Esports Federation (IESF), headquartered in Busan, South Korea, represents more than 140 member nations and organizes key international competitions, including the annual IESF World Esports Championships.
